weeks ago about…DIRTY SCAMM
I wrote a review a few weeks ago about a pair of MISSING £120 NIKE HIGH TOPS . These trainers WERE SENT BACK TO KINROSS WITH THE LABEL THAT WAS PROVIDED IN THE BOX. Offspring staff STOLE THESE TRAINERS AND THEY KNOW IT , I got a reply from OFFSPRINGon here to my review that was total and outright lies and when I tried to write a reply to the outright lies they blocked me I’ve been trying every day since to get on to reply to the dirty liar and FINALLY I HAVE TODAY. I called the number on the website and I DID SPEAK TO AN AGENT BUT OFFSPRING LYING STAFF TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER , MORE LIES JUST GOOGLE IT YOURSELVES PEOPLE AND THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH FOR YOU AS PROOF THAT THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMERS DO NOT TOUCH THIS FAKE SIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!
I’m not sure whether I will get this review up because they ARE THE WORST ONLINE SCAMMERS EVER DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY SELL NOTHING BUT CHEAP COPIES THE ITEM I SENT BACK WERE SUPPOSED TO BE LEATHER LADIES HIGH TOPS WHEN I OPENED THE BOX I COULD SMELL THE PLASTIC AND WHEN I PULLED ONE OUT I COULD NOT EVEN BELIEVE THE OUTRIGHT CHEEK THEY WERE STINKING OF PURE PLASTIC THEY WERE 1000000000% FAKE PLASTIC CRAP AS IF THAT WASNT BAD ENOUGH WHEN I RETURNED THEM TO THE RETURNS WAREHOUSE ON THE LABEL IN THE BOX THEY WENT MISSING THEY STOLE THE SHOES AND THEY KNOW I KNOW THAT OUTRIGHT THEIFS , SCAMMERS, SCUM , DIRTY ROTTERS AND THERE FAKE ITEMS THEY GET FROM CHINA !!!!!!!!!!! Keep your eye on my name and reviews that providing they don’t BLOCK ME AGAIN I INTEND TO PUT UP TRUE REVIEWS EVERY DAY SO KEEP AN EYE ON MY NAME BECAUSE IM HONEST AND RESPECTABLE UNLIKE THIS LOT OF FAKERS AND THEIFS THEYRE A SCAM PLEASE BELIEVE THAT AND BELIEVE ME.

Missing delivery
Ordered a pair of trainers on Sunday, paid extra for what I thought was next day delivery….trainers were originally showing as with Yodel with a delivery date of Monday. So far I have been unable to either email or tweet Offspring for an update as the courier now has a delivery date as unavailable!!! C’mon Offspring sort it out as you are taking payments and not delivering!!! I even tried your live chat which I don’t think got me any further forward

Should’ve read reviews before ordering

I sent an email before dispatch to make sure my parcel was not left in communal hallway, this was received and passed on to yodel.tracking read photo needed of open door.
I waited in all day the parcel was due, it never came.
Allegedly posted 24 hours later, whilst I’m at work.
No one there so how have they delivered to my open door???
Customer service appalling, claim form filled out digitally, but they want you to print and return.
All delay tactics, threats of police investigations etc etc because they use inept couriers not capable of reading or being able to do there job.
Will never use this company again

Avoid like the plague
Paid for Collect plus delivery.
Item has not shown up, Yodel/Collect Plus has no idea, OffSping Customer service advise it was delivered when it clearly wasnt

I wish Offspring would stop using yodel…
I wish Offspring would stop using yodel as their delivery service. My parcel is missing after leaving a note to ask it to be left with a specific neighbour yet they have left the expensive parcel somewhere unknown without leaving a card, photo evidence or anything. Now I have most likely had my parcel stolen with no care or advice from Yodel. Need a refund or at least information or where it has been left.

Great product, great price and delivery.
Just received my order today as exact as it’s estimated 16 July that I ordered on 14 July for express delivery and I’m so released and pleased. I honestly was skeptical and nervous when reading all recent and negative comments but I still decided to make my order as I love the product so much and I couldn’t find it anywhere. Maybe I got lucky. I don’t know but I’m so happy with the product, the price and the delivery.

STAY AWAY FROM OFFSPRING
It seems by looking at these reviews that Offspring are spinning the same lines and not taking responsibility for there returns, I have supplied them with all the details of my return via the instructions on their return page on offspring web page, followed it to the "T". In response to many emails and proof that I'd delivered the parcel to their representative via Yodel collect + with proof that it had been picked up by Yodel collect + they are still saying that it was not the returns company they use. UTTER BS.....! They told me they can't contact Yodel collect +, I called Yodel and got through in a few minutes, in an email after to me they said they don't use that company, lies, lies, lies. When I spoke to Yodel they were helpful and looking into it. Offspring email customer service has told me that because they haven't received the parcel they will not be issuing a refund and i should pursue yodel for compensation, Yodel only offers £50 pound, so if I do manage to get that i'll be £70 out of pocket. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OFFSPRING or any other company that doesn't have customer support that is not able to support it's customers..... Absolutely livid, never experienced this from any company of this so called status. STAY AWAY......!

I paid in full fir my trainers and they never showed up, I had to chase bother them and the delivery company and I just got the run around . £155 down the drain, it’s pure theft

Placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery, it has been four days and I have not received my order. Order tracking shows that Yodel have not received the item either for delivery. You can’t speak to anyone in customer services and they do not respond quickly to emails. Very dissatisfied with the experience so far.

Still have not received my order they use such a terrible delivery company like yodel who decides to deliver your parcel to a random address now I have to be jumping through loops to try to RECIEVE my parcel

After a total nightmare I finally got my money back.
I'm genuinely shocked!

I bought the wrong size shoe for my daughter. Upon realising my mistake i ordered the correct size. I tried to cancel but was advised it was too late and to send the incorrect pair back with the driver. The driver arrived the next day with two packages I opened one on the doorstep to check it was the correct size. He took a picture of the opened package and the sealed package on my doorstep and left with one of the pairs. I was advised by the yodel driver he would return the shoes. I waited till Monday and contacted offspring. I was advised the yodel driver had claimed he had delivered both pairs. They basically called me a liar and refused a refund. I have never in my life received such bad customer service from a company. Why would I open the package on my doorstep if I was planing on keeping both pairs? I would surely of took them both inside my house? No telephone number to call and I'm now stuck in a dispute.

Avoid at all costs

I am now being completely ignored by the customer service team I honestly do not know what to do anymore.

To be fair to Offspring the team that monitor the trustpilot page have sorted this for me in a professional and speedy manner so thanks for that. Shame I did not receive this customer service from the start. Have increased the star rating to 3 because of this.
